La Crosse Sign Group is seeking to hire professional Sign Sales Consultants for our Madison, Onalaska and Eau Claire locations. The successful candidate will be working in a business to business sales environment connecting with clients from small entrepreneurs to large corporations, from single signs to multiple site branding roll-outs.

Job Description:

  • Generate sales and revenue while building long term relationships with existing and new accounts.
  • Makes sales presentations to prospective customers according to established Company procedures.  Based on customers’ needs, develops price proposals and contracts.  Accurately completes work orders.
  • Forwards completed work orders to appropriate department, including all necessary photos and diagrams.
  • Coordinate customer contact from initial quote/bid through invoicing and collections.
  • Conducts follow-up visits after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Documents all interactions with customers and maintains accurate customer records.
  • Develops ways to expand services sold to customer.
  • Create strategies to meet or exceed the company’s annual operating plan
  • Good driving record required.
