He graduated from Judson University with a Bachelor’s of Psychology, followed by a Master's of Education from St. Mary’s University of MN. After completing his schooling, he spent 5 years working with at-risk youth in Omaha before heading to Baraboo where he spent the last 12 teaching Special Education. He has held titles in the industry of President of the Wisconsin Sign Association, Chairman of the Norther division of International Sign Association, as well as President of the World Sign Associations.

Diane started out working at Collins-La Crosse Sign back in 1981 as an assistant to Mike Collins, who gave her a solid education in the sign business. When Paul bought the commercial and electrical part of that company, Diane was one of the employees who rode the wave with him. She's worked in most areas of the business at one time or another, with her Associates Degree in Accounting serving her well through the years. What was meant to be a stepping stone in her career turned out to be the whole journey to get her to where she is today!

For 15 of those years he guided the Installation team as the Crew Lead, and was then promoted to Service and Install Manager in 2017. In 2020 he took on the role of Operations Manager, overseeing production, installation, and service in all three of our locations.

Matt has worked in the sign industry since he was 14 year old. He started in vinyl at 14 at his father's sign shop, and then joined La Crosse Sign Group when he turned 19. In his many years here Matt has held many roles such as painting MDO board, helping in vinyl, washing trucks and sweeping floors, operating the CNC router, making automated gas price scrollers, and now has settled into the Project Management/Estimating role and IT Administrator.
