James is a Sign Consultant for all of Central Wisconsin. James graduated with Bachelors in Industrial Education from Winona State University, which has given him a great background for many of the different fields that the sign industries works with. James has made a career within the sign industry with his 30+ years in working in sales and project management with La Crosse Sign Group.

Bill is a Sign Consultant for The Greater Madison Area. Bill has worked in the sign industry for 38 years. He has been in all areas of the business from service/installation, to fabrication, to production manager, to now being in Sales and the Division Manager for La Crosse Sign Group of Madison. He loves managing his amazing team and helping La Crosse Sign Group expand in the Madison Area.

Jeff is a Sign Consultant for Western Wisconsin and Southern Minnesota. With over 35 years in the manufacturing industry from pre-cast concrete, to miscellaneous & structural steel to bridges, Jeff says, "It's nice to be on the pretty side of the industry." Starting as a drafter, he transitioned to estimating and project management, and then into sales. He truly enjoys working for the benefit of his clients to offer unique and effective signage.

Kyle is a Sign Consultant for the La Crosse Area, Northern Iowa, and Southern Minnesota. Kyle earned his Bachelors in Business with a Minor in Psychology from Viterbo University, and then entered into the world of sales where he has been thriving for 13 years. He was confident entering into the sign industry because his father owns a own construction company, so he fully understands and appreciates the craftsmanship and detail that goes into custom manufactured projects.

Adrian is a Sign Consultant for the Eau Claire and Chippewa Valley Areas. He is an Eau Claire guy to his core, living all but 2 years of his life in the wonderful city. Adrian studied accounting at Chippewa Valley Technical College before starting off his career with almost a decade in retail management, followed by 14 years of letter carrying. His past experience, outgoing personality, and love for people are what make him such a great fit for helping Eau Claire businesses create their dream signage.

Jon is a Sign Consultant for the Wisconsin Dells and The Greater Madison Areas. He graduated from Judson University with a Bachelor’s of Psychology, followed by a Master's of Education from St. Mary’s University of MN. After completing his schooling, he spent 5 years working with at-risk youth in Omaha before heading to Baraboo where he spent the last 12 teaching Special Education. Jon has always been aware of the powerful impact signs around us have from an early age and has fond memories of reading countless signs on road trips with family. As you can see his true passion is helping others, and he can’t wait for the opportunity to help you create your dream signage.

Paul started off at LSG as a Fabrication Specialist, then Installation and Service, followed by 6 years as Sales Executive, and is now celebrating over 30 years as Owner and President. To help him become the leader he is today, he completed Dale Carnegie and Servant Leadership courses , along with earning the Steven Covey certificate of completion. He has held titles in the industry of President of the Wisconsin Sign Association, Chairman of the Norther division of International Sign Association, as well as President of the World Sign Associations.

Joel is President of La Crosse Sign Group. He started off at La Crosse Sign group in Shipping and Receiving, then tackled the role of Sign Consultant with much success, and is now taking on the role as President. Along with the sign industry Joel has achieved success in the military by earning the status of Technical Sergeant in the Air Force National Guard!

Diane started out working at Collins-La Crosse Sign back in 1981 as an assistant to Mike Collins, who gave her a solid education in the sign business. When Paul bought the commercial and electrical part of that company, Diane was one of the employees who rode the wave with him. She's worked in most areas of the business at one time or another, with her Associates Degree in Accounting serving her well through the years. What was meant to be a stepping stone in her career turned out to be the whole journey to get her to where she is today!

Mike has over two decades of dynamic leadership in operations, safety, quality, and human resource management across a number of diverse industries and family businesses. He graduated from Winona State University with a Bachelor's in Business Management, and followed that up with a Master's of Business Administration from UW-La Crosse later in his career. Mike's passion lies in aligning operational and administrative business functions to drive a culture that is collaborative, focused and engaged in meeting an organization’s mission, supporting its core values, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Jason joined the La Crosse Sign Group Team back in 1999, and for his first 17 years here he was a part of Service and Installation crew. For 15 of those years he guided the Installation team as the Crew Lead, and was then promoted to Service and Install Manager in 2017. In 2020 he took on the role of Operations Manager, overseeing production, installation, and service in all three of our locations.

Bill is a Sign Consultant for The Greater Madison Area. Bill has worked in the sign industry for 38 years. Corissa completed her Bachelors in Marketing and Graphic Design at UW-La Crosse. During her time at the University she held multiple Executive and Committee Chairs in a Professional Business Organization, and was a Marketing Intern at The La Crosse Area Chamber of Commerce. Following completion of her education she started off her career in Madison, WI as a Marketing Coordinator for a renewable energy company, before finding her way back to La Crosse to become part of the La Crosse Sign Group Family.

Audra earned her Bachelor's of Music in Vocal Performance from Viterbo University, and is currently working on her Masters at the University of Cincinnati. She has experience competing in the Miss America Organization and a true passion for volunteering in the community. Audra truly grew up in the sign industry, with La Crosse Sign Group being her family's business. She has held multiple roles at LSG from Sales Support, to Administration, to Commercial Sales, and now Public Relations. Audra also serves as the World Sign Associates Branding Committee Chairman.

Matt has worked in the sign industry since he was 14 year old. He started in vinyl at 14 at his father's sign shop, and then joined La Crosse Sign Group when he turned 19. In his many years here Matt has held many roles such as painting MDO board, helping in vinyl, washing trucks and sweeping floors, operating the CNC router, making automated gas price scrollers, and now has settled into the Project Management/Estimating role and IT Administrator.

Jen received her Bachelor's Degree in Finance, with a Minor in Accounting, from UW-La Crosse. She worked in accounting departments for two La Crosse companies right out of college before beginning a 6 year foray into the world of banking. La Crosse Sign Group then gave her an opportunity to get back to her roots of finance and accounting that she knows and loves.
