he organizational purpose of VARC is to administer a comprehensive and cooperative program for the general wellbeing and advancement of persons with varying abilities. VARC believes that experiencing success and acceptance allows individuals to make decisions, explore opportunities, and become more independent in their lives. VARC is highly experienced in meeting the needs of individuals with disabilities through providing them employment and training, supported employment, skills enrichment, recovery informed employment, teachings of life skills, child and youth services, and transportation.
